Market demand remains at historically high levels across Silicon Valley cities from Menlo Park to Los Gatos. New listings continue to sell quickly as shown by the average days on market (red line). Final sales price average is over list, but can be significantly higher if the home sells in the first two weeks on market (see Sale/List Price by City post).
